Removal Requirements:
Third Party Pickup Only (LTL, Whole Truck). Trucks must be scheduled 48 Hours in Advance of Pickup.
1) Over the ankle pants
2) Hard Hat
3) Safety Glasses
4) Safety Vest
5) Over the ankle steel/hard toe work shoes.
6) Gloves (when loading / offloading material)
7) Hearing Protection (must be worn when required)
8) Pet animals are not allowed.
9) Firearms or contraband are not allowed.
10) Team drivers will be allowed onsite.
11) Passengers (wives, children or friends) will not be allowed onsite.
12) Truck drivers must possess a physical, current driver’s license.
13) Truck drivers must be a US citizen OR possess a physical Green Card or passport. (Work permit will not be accepted).
14) Trucks will be loaded Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00 AM and 3:30 PM EST.

Items which are not picked up by removal deadline will be considered abandoned and Yellow Tag Auctions shall have no further obligation to Buyer with respect to such items.
